Pay by Phone
Using a touch tone phone, call JEA at 665-6000. Listen for the "To pay your bill by phone" option. Once you select this option, you will be directed to the Automated Bill Payment System.
Make sure to have your bill handy; you’ll need it. Then just follow the prompts to:
- pay your bill or
- get a little more time to pay your bill with a payment extension.
If you need a payment arrangement, you must speak to a Customer Care Consultant to determine if your account qualifies. A payment arrangement is a payment schedule agreed upon by you and JEA to allow continued service while payments are being made as agreed.
