As of March 31, 2008, JEA's Customer Care Center hours changed to 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday - Friday. JEA’s Customer Care Centers, including our business office located downtown, offer full service assistance to our customers, including bill payment, turn on, turn off and transferring service.
