In order for JEA's Development Team to evaluate your request for water and/or sewer service as quickly and accurately as possible, we request that you complete an availability request form. This form can be sent either by e-mail, or can be printed and mailed or faxed. Please allow 5 business days for processing of requests.
When completing the form, please include with your application the following information:
- Indicate or include a site location map and the real estate number (RE:) (Duval Co.) or other property information number (PIN) which clearly identifies the property for which you are requesting service.
- If the proposed development is a Development of Regional Impact (D.R.I.), Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.), Commercial or Industrial Development, please include or attach a brief description of the project.
- Include scope of the project, such as, proposed installation, the type of facilities that are planned including potable water, fire protection, irrigation and/or wastewater uses for site.
