JEA eBill

Enrolling in JEA's electronic billing is free and easy. You will stop receiving statements in the mail at the beginning of the next billing cycle after enrollment.

You must be logged-in to jea.com to enroll in eBill. If you have never registered at jea.com, click here to do so. Once you have logged-in, go to Enroll in/cancel eBill, which is located under My Account Login, Customer Care. Or, if you are currently logged-in, just click here to enroll.

Here's how it works:

  • Simply choose the accounts for which you want to receive an electronic JEA bill.
  • Once enrolled, you will receive an email with a link to your monthly statement.
  • Just click the link, log-in and then view your bill online.
  • Another click and you can view or print up to 13 months of statements.

You can cancel enrollment in electronic billing at any time online.

NOTE:
Online utility billing for JEA eBill is provided through the third-party vendor Docucorp®. Online utility payments to JEA are through the third-party vendor Intuition Systems®.
