The purpose of this request for JEA Signage Removal and Disposal (this "Solicitation") is to evaluate and select a vendor that can provide economical pricing for removal and disposal of JEA signage with logo located at 21 West Church Street Jacksonville, FL, 32202. The contract work for this project includes but is not limited to remove and dispose of (4) four sets of approximately 12’-0” tall internally illuminated “JEA” channel letters and related steel supporting structures: repair of brick, mortar, or other building materials as necessary, and patching of mounting holes. The Contractor must provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, personnel, and equipment, required to accomplish this one-time project. All costs should be included in response bid price as described in this Solicitation (the "Work"). The following specifications are not intended to supersede Federal, State, or local regulations to which the Contractor must comply; nor are they intended to supersede or contradict content in the contract documents between JEA and the Contractor.

1411875246 (IFB) Independent Quarterly Survey of Storage Domes & Limestone Covered Storage at JEAN-NGS
Two (2) storage domes at the JEA – Northside Station require survey work to determine quantities of petroleum coke and coal inside of the storage domes. In addition, the covered building for the storage of limestone requires survey work to determine quantity in inventory. The service for the work inside of the domes and the covered storage building can only be performed by an independent surveying company that specializes in “laser scanning” or something similar that can accurately quantify the volume of product stored inside of each dome and the covered storage building.
JEA will require the petroleum coke and coal stored in both domes and the limestone in the covered storage building to be surveyed once per quarter starting in December 2024 and running until September 2027 to determine quantity in storage.
The survey work schedule can be found on Appendix A.

1411861046 (IFB) Kennedy TP7SU Transformer Replacement
The contractor shall replace the existing TP7SU transformer with a new transformer stored on the spare transformer foundation in the Kennedy Substation, and the existing TP7SU transformer to relocate to the spare transformer foundation in the Kennedy Substation. The contractor shall replace the existing UG cables between the TP7SU and switchgear building with new 750MCM CU UG cables (5 per phase) and install a new stair to reach the control cabinet.
The contractor shall mobilize crews in November and pull the underground (UG) cables in advance to ensure readiness for the scheduled outage. The outage is planned for the first week of December.
JEA will provide UG 750MCM CU UG cables, jumpers, and connectors. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all other materials needed to complete the work as described within drawings and documents. All cranes, scaffolding, and miscellaneous lift equipment and services required for relocating, unloading, assembling, or testing electrical equipment shall be supplied by the contractor.
The contractor shall provide competent construction management to direct, oversee, monitor, and coordinate and track construction activities among all sub-contractors on-site for all trades.
The contractor shall provide an as-built drawing to JEA within 60 days of acceptance.
