Ways to Pay Your JEA Bill

Pay Your Bill Online

Avoid extra credit card processing fees when you pay directly from your bank account*. You will need your bank's routing number and your account number. These numbers can be found along the bottom of a check. If you choose to pay by bank account step-by-step instructions will walk you through the process of submitting your account information. You have the option to store your account and routing numbers securely in your jea.com account for easy payment each month. If you do not wish to store these numbers on jea.com, simply enter the information each time you pay. Remember, paying online with your bank* account means no extra fees!

JEA also accepts major credit and debit cards through our third-party vendor Bill2Pay, an Intuition Systems® Company. Please note, Bill2Pay charges a non-refundable fee of $4.95 for each credit and debit card transaction less than $400.
