Estimated Dates & Work Schedule
Anticipated End Date: 2021-09-03
Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Heart Utilities, Inc.) installed new protective conduit and electric cables along Harrow Court. The contractor installed the new conduit with a technique called horizontal directional drilling (HDD). HDD requires very little excavation, reduces construction duration, and is less disruptive to the surrounding community. This project will help to proactively improve the overall quality and reliability of your electric service.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in the City of Jacksonville rights of way, roads and easements.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area began soon after the project has been completed. Any existing grass, sprinklers, pavement, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
