Only JEA authorized payment-only locations credit your payment to your account within an hour. Business hours vary by location. Always look for official signage at JEA authorized payment-only locations and have your bill and/or account number with you.

1 Payments accepted at Publix stores within JEA service territory 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Payments made 7 a.m. - 10 p.m. will post within 30 minutes. Ability to pay depends on customer service desk hours at each location.
2 Payments accepted at Western Union desk at any U.S. Walmart store.
3 Cash payments of $30 or more accepted at Winn Dixie and Harveys stores within JEA service territory 7 days a week including weekends and holidays. Payments made 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. will post within 30 minutes. Ability to pay depends on customer service desk hours at each location. Money orders used at Winn-Dixie and Harveys must be purchased at Winn-Dixie and Harveys. Effective Oct. 7, 2015, the following Winn-Dixie locations no longer accept JEA payments: 5207 Normandy Blvd., Jacksonville; 703 Chaffee Rd., Jacksonville; 290 Solana Rd., Ponte Vedra Beach; 2220 County Road 210 West, Suite 200, St. Johns.
4 Deposits can be made via third-party payment locations.

SERVICE UPDATE: Beginning Sept. 30, 2024, JEA online and phone payments made with a credit or debit card will be subject to a vendor service fee. This is a pass-through cost charged by our payment processing vendor. Payments made by cash, check or bank account will remain fee-free.
