Accessing Multiple JEA Accounts
You can now link multiple JEA accounts in one online account. And it’s pretty easy.
Here’s how you do it:
- Sign into your account. If you don't have an online account yet, you can create one now.
- On the left hand side, click “Update Account”.
- Scroll down to the “Linked Accounts” section.
- Click “Add Account” and follow the instructions.
Benefits of Linking Your JEA Accounts
When you link an account to your online account, you have the ability or access to:
- See last payment made toward the linked account.
- See the date the last payment was made on the linked account.
- See any amount due (current or previous) on the linked account.
- See the linked account’s due date.
- Request an extension on the linked account.
- Make a payment on the linked account.
- View the linked account’s Utility Tracker portal.
- View 24 months of bill history on linked account.
- View the Daily Usage Graph for the linked account.
Remove Linked Accounts
- Log into your account.
- On the left hand side, click “Update Account”.
- Scroll down to the “Linked Accounts” section.
- Locate the account you’d like to unlink.
- Click the trash can to the right.

Name Changes and Account Transfers
If you’ve recently married, divorced or had your name changed for another reason via a legal court order, it's easy to update your JEA account.Additionally, in the case that a customer passes away, utility services may be transferred to another person or to the executor of the customer's estate.

Depending on your credit history you may not have to pay a deposit. Residential customers who wish to get their deposit waived must provide full and legitimate credit information, including their Social Security number, to facilitate credit inquiries.
