A check for the rebated amount will be issued to the account holder. An email notification is sent when the check is issued.

Equipment and services must be purchased and installed between October 1, 2024 and September 30, 2025 - Rebate application must be submitted within 90 days of equipment purchase and be postmarked or submitted online by October 10, 2025.

Closed Title: What is an instant discount?

JEA currently offer rebates in the form of an instant discount on many eligible ENERGY STAR certified products at participating Lowes and The Home Depot stores located within our service area. JEA instant discount stickers are displayed next to products eligible to receive the instant discount. The discount is reflected on the item at the time of purchase, and your sales receipt will not include any instant discount messaging. These items are eligible for an instant discount at Lowes and Home Depot:

Air purifier
Dehumidifier
Room Air Conditioners
Multi-stream rotational nozzle heads

Closed Title: How do I apply for a rebate?

To receive an instant discount for an air purifier, dehumidifier, room air conditioners or multi-stream rotational nozzle head:

Find a participating retailer.
Select a new qualifying product.
Make your purchase in store at a price that features the JEA instant rebate.

To receive a rebate for HVAC replacements and attic insulation:

Select a pre-qualified contractor.
Contractor completes the project.
Rebate is applied to the contractor invoice, reducing your total project cost.

To receive a rebate for all other products:

Purchase a qualifying product.
Apply online by selecting appropriate product or download application and email completed application to jearesidentialrebates@franklin.com.

To receive a rebate, you will need to complete an application and submit it along with a copy of your receipt that clearly shows date of purchase and total cost.

Please contact your contractor or retailer for this information. We cannot process your rebate without receiving this information.

Closed Title: What if I cannot find my model number?

Open Text:

Ensure that the model is either ENERGYSTAR certified or WaterSense labeled as required.
The model number may include a wildcard that can be replaced by any letter or digit and still accurately capture what is covered by the model's certifications. The model number may contain letters x or y, an asterisk (*), a pound (#).
