The purpose of this solicitation for Storm Event Shower Trailer Rentals (this "Solicitation") is to select a vendor to provide shower trailer rentals for JEA personnel and Mutual Aid Crews at JEA’s Cologix facility and the JEA logistics staging hub at the Helipad at Cecil Field during Hurricane Season.  In the event of a storm requiring JEA to request the shower trailer rentals, the awarded Company must be ready to mobilize and provide the shower trailers within forty-eight (48) hours of notification.  The company shall provide both weekly and monthly pricing for both locations for standard and deluxe size trailers if applicable.

The purpose of this Solicitation is to evaluate and select a Company that can provide JEA Fleet Services (JSEB) Sheltered Market with Pressure Washing and Cleaning Services and provide the best value to JEA (the "Work" or "Services").  "Best Value" means the highest overall value to JEA with regards to pricing, quality, design, and workmanship.

This Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the pressure washing and cleaning services of JEA Fleet Assets, including a fleet of vehicles and equipment operated by JEA.  All work performed will be on a as needed basis and will be primarily conducted at our Southside, Commonwealth, Westside, and Pearl Street locations and will be performed quarterly.  The intent is to award at minimum, a primary contract for Pressure Washing and Cleaning Services for three (3) years, with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals, as bid results dictate. It must be noted that quantities and percentages indicated reflect the approximate quantities to be purchased throughout the Contract period and are subject to fluctuation.  JEA does not commit to any volume to Contract Awardee.  JEA reserves the right to adjust award percentage amounts and Award additional Contracts based on certain groupings of the Work items, or JEA may exclude certain Work items, if JEA determines that it is in its best interest to do so.

Phase 1
Pre-transformer installation work. Removal and refurbishment of bushings, insulators, bus and connections, testing of cables and more. Must be NETA Accredited as this will be NETA standards. Also electroplate bus.

Phase 2
Removal of old transformer and installation of the new. Pad prep for transformer. Guide cables and control wiring. Contractor shall reconstruct bus bar, bushings, insulators, test with megger and hi-pot. Startup and commission. NETA standards and contractor will be NETA authorized.
