Notice is hereby given that the JEA board of directors will meet on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at 9 a.m. at JEA, 21 West Church Street, Jacksonville, Florida. The public is invited to attend this meeting in-person at the physical location. Attendees will be required to wear masks and CDC guidelines and social distancing will be required at the physical location. The public may also attend the meeting virtually via Webex (access information and instructions below).

CLOSED SESSION

A portion of the board meeting will be closed to the public and is exempt from s. 286.011, F.S. and s. 24(b), Art. I of the State Constitution open meeting requirements and will be held in accordance with s. 286.0113(3)(a), F.S., on the 8th floor of the JEA Tower, T-8 Large Conference Room. The purpose of the closed session is to discuss information related to the security and cybersecurity of JEA with the JEA board of directors. The closed session is expected to last no longer than an hour. The board will return to the regular public meeting thereafter.
