Amandas Crossing Drive East Emergency Sewer Manhole Repair Project

Project Objective
JEA crews will be repairing a failing sanitary sewer manhole near 7974 Amandas Crossing Drive East. As this manhole is very deep, removal of ground water with a pump system prior to the manhole installation is required.
Conditions During Construction
Construction will occur in the City’s streets, rights-of-way and easements. For the safety of our crews and the general public, a portion of the road will be closed near 7974 Amandas Crossing Drive East. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Detour Route
Traffic travelling north on Amandas Crossing Drive E will drive around the curve to Sweet Rose Lane and turn left. Traffic travelling south on Amandas Crossing Drive E will turn right on Sweet Rose Lane, right on Amandas Crossing Drive W around to Amandas Crossing Drive E.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sanitary sewer manhole has been installed, tested, cleared for use and the dewatering system removed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
