Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Engineered Spray Solutions) rehabilitated seven (7) sanitary sewer manholes on Durbin Parkway North, between Hunston Way and Buckhead Court. Failures to sewer manholes can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues. This project will increase the reliability of the sewer system in the area.
Construction Conditions
Work was primarily completed in rights-of-way and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will typically begin 2-3 weeks after work on the manholes has been completed, and they have been tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
