McDuff Well #4 - Well Rehabilitation Project

This project has been completed. The below information was provided to area residents. 

JEA completed the rehabilitation of the potable water well located at 1036 Day Avenue. This well is one of over 122 active wells that are part of a larger JEA regional water supply transmission system.

This rehabilitated well will improve our systems overall water pressure, reliability and our ability to continue to provide a robust water supply system throughout JEA’s service territory.  

Construction activities will take place on JEA’s property, and within the City of Jacksonville rights of way, easements and roads. The contractor fenced the entire work area for the safety of the general public.
