Niblick Drive Sewer Improvement Project

In the next few weeks, JEA will begin work upgrading and replacing the existing sewer pump station, sanitary sewer lines, and manholes located in the woods near the Magnolia Terrace apartments (near Building 21). This new station will be more efficient, reliable, and will improve the overall functionality of the sewer system that serves your neighborhood.

To complete this work, a contractor working for JEA will be required to remove a large area of trees, bushes and debris along the JEA easement near Building 21. Once the tree and debris removal has been completed, the contractor will install the new sewer lines, manholes, and relocate the pump station from the old location to the grassed area in front of Building 21.
