*In some circumstances, extended hours and weekends may be required.
Project Objective
JEA crews replaced and extended a portion of sanitary sewer main that had reached the end of its useful service life near 746 Westbrook Road. Failures to sewer mains can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues if not repaired promptly.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in the City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads and easements.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area began after the new sewer line has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction are returned pre-construction condition.
