Bessie Circle Water Improvement Project

Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (United Brothers Development) replaced and upgraded the existing water main on Bessie Circle South, Bessie Circle East and Bessie Circle West. These sections of water main had reached the end of their useful service lives and were proactively replaced to ensure the reliability of the water system that serves the neighborhood. This project will provide increased water pressure and improved system reliability.
Construction Conditions
Work primarily occurred in City rights-of-way and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area began after the new water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned pre-construction condition.
