Project Objective
JEA crews completed emergency repairs to a sanitary sewer main at the intersection of Bridier Street and Jessie Street. This work was necessary to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves the neighborhood. Failures to sewer mains can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm, and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the project has been completed. Any existing grass, sprinklers, pavement, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
