Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA has completed rehabilitation of two failing sanitary sewer manholes located near 14542 and 14550 Cherry Lake Drive West.
Construction Conditions
Construction will occur in the City’s streets, rights of way and easements. Detour signs and barricades will be posted to guide vehicles around the construction area. This work will affect your water, sewer or electric service.
Cherry Lake Drive Road Closure & Detour
Due to your subdivision only having one entrance and exit, JEA will be required to detour traffic around the Cherry Lake Drive loop. Please plan ahead for the additional time required for the detour. We apologize in advance for the inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer manholes have been repaired and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
