Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA has completed rehabilitation of 7 sanitary sewer manholes that reached the end of their services lives in the Cherry Lake Drive West area. The contractor installed a liner that is designed to extend the service life of the manhole, while avoiding the disruption associated with removing and replacing it. This work took place between 14407 Cherry Lake Drive West and 14542 Cherry Lake Drive West.
Construction Conditions
Construction will occur in the City’s rights of way and easements. Please observe all construction signs, detours, and general directions provided by the crews working onsite. We apologize in advance for any delays caused by this work.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the lining of the sewer manholes has been completed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre‐construction condition.
