Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Vortex Companies) rehabilitated multiple sanitary sewer manholes in the Cimarrone Golf & Country Club community. These manholes were proactively rehabilitated to ensure continued reliability of the sewer system that serves the neighborhood. Failures to sewer manholes can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the project has been completed. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
