Project Objective
JEA crews made emergency repairs to a failing sanitary sewer line located on Claudia Spencer Street near the intersection of Evergreen Avenue. This sewer line was repaired to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves your neighborhood. Failures to sewer lines can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the sewer line has been repaired, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to their pre-construction condition.
