Concord Court Roadway Improvement Project

Project Objective
JEA hired a contractor to make repairs to the failing roadway on Concord Court from Concord Boulevard East to the end of the cul-de-sac. This work included the milling of the asphalt, the removal and replacement of the existing sub-base, repaving of the road (from curb to curb) and restriping as required.
Road Closure
The contractor was required to temporarily close Concord Court to thru vehicle traffic Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Traffic was detoured around the work area.
Restoration of Project Area
Following the completion of the project, any driveways, curbs, sidewalks, sod, irrigation or landscaping unintentionally damaged during construction will be replaced or repaired.
