County Road 210 Sanitary Sewer Main Cleaning Project

Project Objective

JEA is in the early planning phase of a sanitary sewer main cleaning assessment project just north of the CR-210 and St. Johns Parkway intersection.  More information about this project will be distributed once the design is complete and the project is nearing construction.

Project Design Survey

In the next few weeks, several survey crews working for JEA will be in the area gathering information for this project.
This survey will be used by our engineers to locate the public rights of way and the existing utilities (JEA, AT&T, Comcast, etc.). This work will also help identify area soil and asphalt conditions. You may also notice several locate marks that will identify property, right of way boundaries, bench marks, and physical site conditions (sidewalks, tree locations, etc.).

Any paint you may observe is temporary and bio-degradable. Please make every effort to avoid disturbing these markers during the survey period. The surveyors may return several times within a period of several months to collect more data.

Restoration of Project Area

Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been installed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
