Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Heart Utilities, Inc.) made repairs to the underground electrical manholes on Duskin Drive between Duskin Court and Capricorn Street. This project will help to proactively improve the overall quality and reliability of your electric service.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the project has been completed. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
