Project Objective
JEA crews extended the existing water main on Franklin Street near the intersection of Oakley Street. This water project was completed and paid for at the request of a property owner on Franklin Street.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the new water line has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing grass, sprinklers, pavement, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
