Green Bay Lane Emergency Sewer Improvement Project

NOTE: In some circumstances weekend and extended hours may be necessary.
Project Objective
A contractor replaced a portion of failing sanitary sewer main located behind residences on Green Bay Lane and Hendricks Avenue. This work was accomplished by using a construction method called pipe bursting to line the sewer main. This method saves time and is less disruptive than the normal “open cut” method.

Construction Conditions
Construction will primarily occur in City rights-of-way and easements, behind the residences of 2755 Green Bay Lane, 2775 Green Bay Lane and 2750 Hendricks Avenue.
We will notify individual property owners if we are required to temporarily relocate any items that may obstruct right-of-way access or our ability to make the necessary repairs to the sewer main.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, we will restore areas disturbed during construction (grass, curb, gutter, driveways, sidewalks, fences, etc.).
