Hampton Falls Drive Water Improvement Project
Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Capps Land Management) is currently working in your area to upgrade and replace the existing water main located in the utility easement between Hodges Boulevard and San Pablo Road South.
The new water main will connect from the easement to the existing water main located on Hampton Falls Drive North (running between properties 14167 and 14173 Hampton Falls North). When completed, this project will provide increased water pressure and improved system reliability to the area.
Estimated Completion Date - February 2023*

Construction Conditions
Work will primarily occur in the utility easement located behind homes in the Villages of Pablo community (please see the project area map below). Residents may notice recent activity in the area, as JEA is currently working with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Commission on temporary relocation of protected gopher tortoises from the work site. Construction activities will begin once the tortoises have been safely relocated.
Planned Water Outages
Some customers may experience minor interruptions to their water service. JEA will notify customers at least 48-hours prior to any planned water outages. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience caused by this construction work.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the new water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
