Project Objective
JEA completed a project to upgrade the sanitary sewer pump station located within the Avesta Mandarin Apartments at 3200 Hartley Road. The project involved installing pumps and equipment at the existing station. The upgraded lift station will provide better sewer service reliability.
Construction Conditions
Construction took place in the City of Jacksonville rights-of-way and easements.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the construction at the pump station has been completed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
