Harts Road Emergency Sewer Improvement Project

Project Objective
JEA crews will be repairing a portion of failing sanitary sewer line on Harts Road between Turtle Creek Drive North and Blue Gill Road.
For the safety of our crew, this work will require the removal of ground water with a pump system prior to construction.
Conditions During Construction
Construction will occur in the City’s streets rights of way and easements. For the safety of our crews and the general public we will be required to close a portion of Harts Road.
Traffic Detour Route
Traffic traveling north on Harts Rd will turn left on Blue Gill Rd, right on Manatee Dr, right on Turtle Creek Dr N back to Harts Rd. Traffic traveling south on Harts Rd will turn right on Turtle Creek Dr N, left on Manatee Dr, left on Blue Gill Rd back to Harts Rd.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been repaired, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
