Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA (Heart Utilities, Inc.) completed work to install new conduit, cabling, transformers and PVC manholes in Holiday Harbor area. This involved underground boring and pulling in of the new cables. This project will help to improve the overall quality and reliability of electric service in the area.
Construction Conditions & Restoration of Project Area
Most of the construction activities occurred in the City of Jacksonville right-of-way portion, usually closer to the sidewalk or road. Any grass, concrete, asphalt, or sprinklers damaged during the work will be replaced after the completion of the project.
