Project Objective
JEA crews have completed work to replace a 500 foot section of failing sanitary sewer main on Hunt Street from Shearer Avenue to McDuff Avenue South.
Conditions During Construction
Construction will occur in the City’s rights of way and easements. Please observe all construction signs, detours, and general directions provided by the JEA crews working onsite. We apologize in advance for delays caused by this work.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been installed and the dewatering system removed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
