This project has been completed. Below is the information provided to customers prior to the project start date.
Project Objective
A contractor working for JEA has replaced 815 feet of failing sanitary sewer line on Jefferson Street beginning at US-17. This sewer installation will be completed using the pipebursting method of construction that allows for less construction impacts to neighborhoods and a shorter overall project duration. Construction Areas
Construction will occur along the City of Jacksonville’s streets and rights-of-way.
Restoration of Project Area
Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, trees, grass, curb, or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
