London Lake Drive West Emergency Sewer Improvement Project

Project Objective
JEA crews replaced a portion of failing sanitary sewer line located on London Lake Drive West. This repair was necessary to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves the neighborhood. Failures to sewer lines can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
Work primarily occurred in the City of Jacksonville rights-of-ways and easements.

Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area begins typically 2-3 weeks after the new sewer line has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing grass, sprinklers, pavement, curb, gutter, driveways and/or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
