Project Objective
JEA completed repairs to a sanitary sewer manhole on San Jose Boulevard at Mapleton Road. Failures to sewer lines can potentially cause major sewer back-ups and roadway issues.
Following this repair, JEA crews will conduct an inspection of the manhole and surrounding sewer line(s) to identify potential future projects. Residents will be notified in advance of any planned future work.
Construction Conditions
For the safety of our crews and the general public, we were required to temporarily close San Jose Boulevard between Greenridge Road and Mapleton Terrace on Thursday, June 14th to complete the work.
Please observe all construction signs, detours and general directions provided by the JEA crews working on site. We apologize in advance for delays caused by this work.
Restoration of the Project Area
Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
