Project Objective
JEA has completed work to upgrade the water main on Melba Street between Rayford Street and Gilmore Street. This work also included the installation of two (2) new fire hydrants.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the City’s rights of way, streets and easements.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin once the lines have been installed, tested and cleared for use.
