Osceola Street Phase 2 Water Main Improvement Project

This project has been completed. Below is the information provided to nearby customers. 

Oak Street, Osceola Street, Riverside Avenue

JEA upgraded and replaced the existing water main and individual water services on Osceola Street from Riverside Avenue to Oak Street.  

Restoration of the Project Area

Restoration of the project area will begin once the water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
