Roads Affected
Phillips Street
Project Objective
JEA crews will be replacing a 240 foot section of failing sanitary sewer main on Phillips Street. This work may require the removal of ground water with a pump system prior to any pipe installation.
Construction Conditions
Construction will occur in the City’s rights of way and easements. Please observe all construction signs, detours, and general directions provided by the JEA crews working onsite. We apologize in advance for delays caused by this work.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been installed and the dewatering system removed. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
