Project Objective
JEA crews extended an existing water main located near the intersection of Post Street and Melba Street for two (2) new customer water services.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the City’s rights of way, streets and easements. Please see the work area and detour map below.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
