Project Objective
JEA crews replaced a portion of failing sanitary sewer main near 8280 Princeton Square Boulevard West. This repair was necessary to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves the neighborhood. Failures to sewer mains can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.
Construction Conditions
For the safety of our crews and the general public, were required to temporarily detour traffic around the work area to complete this work. Please see the work area map below.
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area begins after the new sewer main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction are returned to its pre-construction condition.
