Pritchard Road Water Improvement Project

JEA is in the design phase of a potential future JEA water main improvement project. Once completed, this project would provide improved interconnection within the water grid on the west side of Duval County. 

Over the next few months, an engineering firm (McKim and Creed) and surveyor (Smith Surveying Group) will be in the area gathering information. The information gathered will be used by our engineers to help determine area soil and asphalt conditions, locate public right of ways, and identify existing pipes and underground utilities.   

Survey marks or flags will identify property, right of way boundaries, bench marks, and physical site conditions (sidewalks, tree locations, etc.). Any paint you may observe is temporary and biodegradable. Please make every effort to avoid disturbing these markers during the survey period (4-6 weeks). Our contractor may return several times within a period of several months to collect more data.
