Project Objective
JEA crews installed a new sanitary sewer service line for the 1661 Riverside condominiums on Margaret Street and made repairs to nearby sewer manholes at the intersection of Riverside Avenue at Margaret Street. These manholes had to be repaired to ensure the reliability of the sewer system that serves the area. Failures to sewer manholes can potentially cause major sewer back-ups, environmental harm and roadway issues.

Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will typically take place 2-3 weeks after the sewer line and manholes have been installed/repaired, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways, or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to their pre-construction condition.
