Soutel Drive Water Main Extension Project

Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Note: In some circumstances, weekend and extended hours may be necessary.
Project Objective
JEA extended a 12-inch water main down Soutel Drive from Ribault Avenue to 10th Avenue and connected the new water main to the existing water mains at 10th Avenue, 11th Avenue and 12th Avenue. One (1) new fire hydrant was also installed. Once completed, this project will provide improved system reliability and fire protection.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the City’s streets, rights of way and easements. 
Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin once the lines have been installed, tested and cleared for use. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways, or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to their pre-construction condition.
