Project Objective
JEA is currently replacing approximately 2,900 feet of sanitary sewer force main along Timuquana Road from Ortega Farms Road across the Ortega River Bridge to a JEA sewer pump station located near Ortega Forest Drive.
Traffic Alert Update - June 22, 2016
TImuquana Road is now open following construction that required temporary evening road closures.
Construction Conditions
Construction will occur in the City’s rights of way and easements. Please observe all construction signs, detours, and general directions provided by the JEA crews working onsite. We apologize in advance for delays caused by this work.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the sewer main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
