US-1 (Philips Highway) Water Re-pump Facility and Transmission Project

Normal work hours will be Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Some evening and weekend hours may be necessary.
*The Re-pump and Booster Station Facility construction began in August 2018.

Nocatee Parkway, Philips Highway, Racetrack Road
Project Objective
JEA has completed installing a new potable water transmission main, re-pump station and booster facility on US-1 (Philips Highway) in south Jacksonville. The new water re-pump and booster facility is located at 14981 Philips Highway. The new water transmission main extends along the east side right of way area of US-1 (Philips Highway) from the new re-pump facility to Nocatee Parkway. These projects provide for increased water reliability and future growth in the area.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the Florida Department of Transportation and City of Jacksonville’s roadways, rights-of-way and easements.
