Project Objective
JEA has installed and upgraded an 8-inch water main on Verna Boulevard between Normandy Boulevard and Ellis Road. This work also included the installation of two (2) new fire hydrants. This project will provide improved water system reliability and fire protection to the area.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the City’s rights of way, streets and easements.

Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin once the water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
