Project Objective
JEA crews upgraded and replaced portions of the potable water lines on Victoria Park Road and Salis Drive. This work also included the installation of one (1) new fire hydrant. This project will increase water pressure and provide improved system reliability and fire protection.
Construction Conditions
Construction occurred in the City’s rights of way, streets and easements.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area takes place typically 2-3 weeks after the water main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
