Project Objective
JEA crews replaced a failing chilled water valve near the intersection of W. 11th Street and Otto Street.
Construction Conditions
Construction primarily occurred in City of Jacksonville rights-of-way, roads, and easements.

Restoration of the Project Area
Restoration of the project area typically begins 2-3 weeks after the work has been completed. Any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
