Normal work schedule is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Please note start and completion dates are highly subject to change and in some circumstances, evening and weekend work hours may be necessary.
Project Objective
A contractor (TB Landmark) working for JEA has been working on a project to install a new sanitary sewer main that will serve as an emergency back-up to an important existing sewer main. This pipe will be temporary until JEA can complete a future sewer project on nearby Liberty Street.

Construction Conditions
Construction will primarily occur in the City of Jacksonville rights of way, roads and easements. For the safety of our crews and the general public, temporary road closures will be required.
Restoration of Project Area
Restoration of the project area will begin after the new sewer main has been installed, tested and cleared for use. Upon completion of the project, any existing pavement, grass, curb, gutter, driveways or sidewalks affected during construction will be returned to its pre-construction condition.
